Our candidates are highly qualified and have extensive experience in their fields. We provide live-in or live-out, full-time or part-time candidates for the following positions:
Baby Nurse
The Baby Nurse quite contrary to the term does not necessarily mean a registered or licensed nurse, nor does it necessarily mean that she has any form or background in nursing whatsoever. She is however an individual that is very experienced caring for newborns.
Her role is to take full charge of the newborn but in no way nor by any means does she replace the parents. Her duties include but are not limited to feeding the baby, bathing him/her, stimulating the baby, placing the baby on a schedule, doing the baby’s laundry, keeping the baby’s environment clean, sterilizing all feeding utensils and giving the mother nursing tips if the mother is nursing.
These nurses are specialized to work with one or more babies at a time. Parents expecting more than a single birth would need to ask for either a twin, a triplet or quadruplet specialist.
Baby Nurses are usually reserved for a minimum of 14 days but could work with a family for as long as needed. Our nurses have been asked to stay for as long as two years or, have even been required to stay indefinitely. Baby Nurses are available to either live-in 24 hours with the family or live-out and work on an hourly basis. The arrangement selected is based on the parents’ needs and requirements. Once the Baby Nurse’s assignment is over with the family, the job of the Nanny begins.
